Although we believe our products will require minimum maintenance when used properly, for the protection of our customers, Orsus Xelent promises that:

Should our mobile phones fail to perform, consumers can choose to do the following with valid certificates and warranty cards:

1. Mobile return at the retail outlet within seven days;

2. Replacement of new mobile within 30 days;

3. Free replacement of accessories charger within one year;

4. Battery replacement within six months;

5. External earphone replacement within three months.

According to state related rules and regulation, we stand by the following policies for after-sale service of Orsus mobiles:

1. Warranty Period:

1.1 Consumers who found our mobiles have a "performance failure" indicated in stipulations of the national service warranty within seven days since the date of purchasing may choose to refund or replace mobiles of the same model and specifications or repair the mobiles. Refund is carried out by the local retailer, while replacement and maintenance is handled by the authorized maintenance stations.

1.2 Consumers who found our mobiles have "performance failure" from the eighth day to thirtieth day from the date of purchase may choose to refund or replace mobiles of the same model and specifications or repair the mobiles. Replacement and maintenance are handled by the authorized maintenance stations.

1.3 Consumers who found our mobiles have "performance failure" indicated hereunder within one year from purchase, after two maintenances, may request replacement of mobiles of the same model and specifications with valid maintenance records.

1.4 Warranty period is counted from the date when buying the mobile. the length of the warranty for earphone is three months, for battery is six months, and for charger and data line is one year.

1.5 For mobile phones repaired within less than three months until expiration of the warranty period, an additional three-month warranty period will be added.

1.6 For mobile phones repaired beyond the warranty period, an additional one-month warranty period will be added.

2. Warrantee Service:

In cases where the warranty card and invoice are lost, the warranty period will be counted from the manufacture date.
