R & D: Technical Collaboration

Orsus Xelent collaborates with Sim Design and Newplan to develop mobile phone products with designs and functions of optimum appeal to Chinese consumers.

Sim Design is a designer from South Korea. Currently, as South Korean fashion is widespread in China, we believe this partnership with Sim Design will be beneficial for our business.

Newplan is a professional design company established in June of 2000 with international standards. The company's recent addition of a CAD system guarantees the highest quality design planning, procedures, methodologies and tools at the international level. We have also formed long-term strategic relationships with Shanghai Simcom and Beijing Mobicom in conjunction with an all-in-one solution for mobile phones. The core capability of Simcom and Mobicom in RF, software development, wireless application protocol, and production and testing provides us with comprehensive solutions for wireless products.

We believe the solutions contributed by these R&D centers will ultimately enrich our product lines, thus attracting more consumers and enlarging the potential market of our company.

We plan to soon establish our own R&D center, in cooperation with our partners, to further enhance cost reduction and market risk management. Establishing this R&D center will also result in significant improvements in the company's ability to quickly adjust its overall strategy, sustain advanced product development, and most importantly, enhance the technical strength and core competitive edge of the company in the market.
