R & D: Our Team

Orsus Xelent has a highly professional team responsible for technology development, design and R&D, as well as a strict quality assurance system. We have also set up a Product Planning Division, Project Management Division and an Industrial Design Center , responsible for completion of all procedures for a product or project from initial design to mass production.

The Product Planning Division creates all medium-term strategic plans; makes constructive suggestions to the company; proposes and adjusts product planning and R&D scheduling in terms of overall strategic planning; guides R&D suitable for market needs; cooperates in defining MMI software/hardware functions and designing specific promotional sales; participates in evaluation on product appearance and prepares proposals on new projects and balance analysis. The Division is also responsible for the collection and integration of industrial data; market information and competitive brands data; general coordination between our company and our customers in order to help promote our new products; and the gathering of all other information from our customers, which we consider to be the "window" of our company.

The Project Management Division administers the R&D, manufacturing quality control arms of the company in order to guarantee our products reach the market on schedule. This Division also coordinates purchasing, and after-sale service among project teams, prepares reports on project funds and monitors cost auditing including HR costs and individual salaries; maintains a quality control system on manufacturing; exchanges ideas with the R&D team; issues weekly reports on various projects; supervises the scheduling of these projects; and produces manuals for product training programs.

The Industrial Design Center is responsible for appraising product design plans provided by other professional ID companies; designs the main structure for project products; finalize project structures; and takes measures to ensure that the final model structure meets all production and product quality considerations.
