About Us: Locations
Orsus-Xelent has set up subsidiary offices in Shenzhen, Shanghai and Tianjin to deal with purchasing of components of mobile, parts and accessories as well as production of mobile phones.
Beijing Headquarters
Beijing, as the capital city and center for the nation's politics, economy and trade, provides many strategic advantages to the company. For example, although the production and sale of GSM/GPRS mobile phones are unrestricted, there are still government restrictions pertaining to CDMA phones and 3G technology. Therefore, setting headquarters in Beijing is a good way for the company to quickly get new information from the Ministry of Information & Industry and continually adjust company strategy to suit emerging market conditions.
Being the nation's economic center, Beijing attracts much of the PRC's top management personnel and other business talent. The company therefore has direct access to these highly qualified personnel.
Beijing also provides Orsus Xelent with connections to many leading banks and other financial institutions, all of which can help support the company's long-term operation development.
Tianjin Office
A short distance from Beijing , Tianjin is a major industrial base for the the PRC's mobile communication industry. Attracted by Tianjin's relatively low cost of labor, a number of leading foreign and domestic players have set up manufacturing facilities there, including Motorola, Sanyo, Samsung and LG.
Shanghai Office
Shanghai, a leading high-tech center in China's Yangtze River Delta Zone, is the home of Orsus Xelent's R&D operations and production center for mobile phone parts and components. With its rich technological resources, Shanghai provides an ideal environment for the development and manufacture of mobile phone products.
Shenzhen Office
Shenzhen is the company's base for mobile component processing, manufacturing and purchasing of mobile phone parts. This city provides the benefits of quality assurance, lowcost and short production period. The company is planning to establish an R&D Center in Shenzhen in order to take advantage of the strong economy and industry clustering benefits found in the Pearl River Delta Zone.
